Terms of Service
These terms govern use of this website and the booking of MRI scans through MRI Jersey.
1. The service
MRI Jersey provides private musculoskeletal MRI scanning for the knee, ankle, wrist and elbow at Strive Health Club, St Peter, Jersey. We do not offer full-body, spinal, head or abdominal MRI.
2. Booking and payment
Scans are £295 per single joint. Payment is taken at the time of the appointment unless otherwise agreed. Insurance bookings require a pre-authorisation reference from your insurer.
3. Cancellations
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel an appointment so that we can offer the slot to another patient.
4. Clinical responsibility
Reports are produced by consultant musculoskeletal radiologists via TMC. Reports are written for the referring clinician. If you self-refer, we recommend sharing the report with a GP, physiotherapist or consultant who can advise on next steps.
5. Limitations of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss arising out of use of this website is limited to the amount paid for the relevant scan, except where liability cannot be excluded — in particular for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Jersey, Channel Islands.
