1. Who we are
MRI Jersey is a private medical imaging service operating from Strive Health Club, L’Avenue de la Reine Elizabeth II, St. Peter, Jersey, JE3 7BP. We are the data controller for any personal data we collect through this site or in the course of providing care.
2. What we collect
We collect contact details, demographic information, clinical information relevant to your scan, insurance details where applicable, and the images and reports produced during your appointment.
3. Why we collect it
To book and deliver your MRI scan, to produce and share your report, to operate our business and meet our legal obligations as a healthcare provider in Jersey.
4. Sharing
Scan images and reports are shared with our reporting partner TMC for radiologist interpretation, and with any clinician you nominate to receive your report. We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention
Medical records are retained in line with current professional guidance for radiology records.
6. Your rights
You have rights under the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018, including access, rectification and erasure of personal data subject to clinical record-keeping obligations. Contact us at info@mriscanjersey.co.uk to exercise these rights.
7. Cookies and analytics
This site uses essential cookies only by default. Where analytics are enabled, IP addresses are anonymised and no personal identifiers are collected.
